COOL IT platinum exhaust wrap is designed for high temperature applications and is capable of withstanding radiant heat up to 982°C (1800°F). Ideal for wrapping exhaust manifolds and downpipes to reduce under bonnet temperatures and improve exhaust gas flow which can improve engine power. Suitable for high temperature applications up to 982°C (1800°F)Reduces under bonnet temperatures which can improve performanceIdeal for protecting heat sensitive ancillaries which are in close proximity to the exhaustSpecial weave lock construction minimises fraying and improves durabilityPlatinum exhaust wrap is made using volcanic rock which has a natural resistance to heat.
