Haltech Nexus T1 ECU

The Haltech Nexus T1 ECU gives you standalone control over fuel delivery, ignition timing and boost on 4 cylinder or 2 rotor naturally aspirated and forced induction engines. It combines four fuel channels, four ignition channels, an onboard 4 Bar MAP sensor and Nexus Software Programmer (NSP) support in a compact, environmentally sealed waterproof case. Key features of the Nexus T1 ECU include:4 Fuel and 4 Ignition Channels: Four dedicated fuel channels and four ignition channels give you direct control over fuel delivery and ignition timing, providing the core engine management functions required for a range of street-performance engine configurations. Onboard 4 Bar MAP Sensor: The integrated 4 Bar manifold absolute pressure sensor measures manifold pressure directly within the ECU, supporting load-based engine control and boost applications without requiring a separate external MAP sensor. Closed-Loop O2 Control with Long-Term Learning: When used with an optional external CAN O2 Wideband Controller Kit, closed-loop O2 control with long-term learning allows the ECU to make fuel corrections using oxygen sensor feedback, helping you maintain precise fuelling.

Haltech Nexus T1 ECU
The Haltech Nexus T1 ECU gives you standalone control over fuel delivery, ignition timing and boost on 4 cylinder or 2 rotor naturally aspirated and forced induction engines. It combines four fuel channels, four ignition channels, an onboard 4 Bar MAP sensor and Nexus Software Programmer (NSP) support in a compact, environmentally sealed waterproof case.Key features of the Nexus T1 ECU include:4 Fuel and 4 Ignition Channels: Four dedicated fuel channels and four ignition channels give you direct control over fuel delivery and ignition timing, providing the core engine management functions required for a range of street-performance engine configurations.Onboard 4 Bar MAP Sensor: The integrated 4 Bar manifold absolute pressure sensor measures manifold pressure directly within the ECU, supporting load-based engine control and boost applications without requiring a separate external MAP sensor.Closed-Loop O2 Control with Long-Term Learning: When used with an optional external CAN O2 Wideband Controller Kit, closed-loop O2 control with long-term learning allows the ECU to make fuel corrections using oxygen sensor feedback, helping you maintain precise fuelling.Closed-Loop Boost Control: Closed-loop boost control with learning uses flexible user-definable axes and six user-definable correction modes, including boost by gear and road speed, giving you control over how boost is delivered under different operating conditions.Flex Fuel Function: A direct flex-fuel sensor input lets you tune boost, fuel and ignition according to ethanol content, allowing the ECU calibration to respond to changes in the fuel mixture.Low-Impedance Injector Control: Programmable injector peak and hold currents provide direct control of low-impedance injectors, allowing you to configure injector operation within your engine management setup.Closed-Loop Idle Speed Control: Support for BAC-type idle control through one or two user-defined outputs lets the ECU actively manage idle speed, helping you maintain consistent engine operation at idle.Onboard and Laptop Data Logging: Logging support lets you record available ECU channels directly to your laptop hard drive, giving you data for analysing engine operation, diagnosing issues and refining your calibration.CAN Bus Communication: CAN connectivity supports Haltech dashes, expansion devices and OBDII functionality, allowing you to view live engine data and set or clear diagnostic trouble codes within a connected installation.Variable Cam Control: Independent control of up to two variable camshafts lets you configure cam operation through the ECU, with each variable cam requiring a minimum of one user-defined input and output.4D Tuning Tables: Tuning tables with resolution up to 32 x 32 x 8 can be combined with 3D per-cylinder compensations and multiple user-definable corrections, giving you detailed control over engine calibration across different operating conditions.User-Definable Tuning Channels: You can base tuning on manifold pressure, throttle position, cam position, ethanol content, gear, road speed, race time, EGT, shock travel, ride height or other available channels, allowing calibration strategies to be configured around your application.CAN Expansion Support: CAN expansion allows you to connect up to three wideband O2 channels and up to 12 thermocouple or EGT channels through compatible external devices, providing additional engine monitoring inputs when required. The Nexus T1 gives you the engine management functions required to control and tune a street-performance engine from a single standalone ECU. Its flexible tuning tables, data logging, CAN connectivity and support for functions such as boost, flex fuel and variable cam control give you the tools to configure the ECU around your engine setup. Adding the Nexus T1 to your vehicle provides a practical platform for managing your engine calibration and monitoring operating data as you develop your setup.Haltech Nexus T1 ECU Quick Start GuideHaltech T1 ECU Wiring Diagram
